Tech bias that reinforces preexisting systemic inequality runs rampant throughout the tech world. There is a lack of adequate representation from Africans/Afro-descendants, Latinx peoples, Indigenous peoples, and women within the tech development sphere. We are actively working towards creating a more inclusive tech world and mitigating tech bias by hosting coding workshops and implementing coding programs in underserved schools and community centers in the U.S. and around the world.
